I'm posting today for two reasons - one, someone who emailed me that they are continuing to lose weight, and has adopted many of my odd but healthy habits including a near-obsession with skinless-boneless sardines (and of cours Diet Barq's Root Beer). The other reason, hearing from someone when I did little league snack bar duty that they read my blog, and appreciated my take on metabolic medicine and lifestyle plans. I was flattered and inspired by both women, and even though my readers don't usually post comments, it doesn't mean they aren't getting something from my posts, or at least following my wacky and crazy busy life as a Mom, Doctor, Artist, Needle-worker and exercise-addict.
My design biz has been beyond busy. That's a good thing. Now I'm toying with ideas for not only my house, as I'm sort of ready for an update (already working with a decorator for my new family room), but also for the beach place. I love ideas of graphic art in groupings like this...
I can also visualize some paper cutouts of my kids silhouettes in the mix. Also on my radar screen for the beach master bedroom is a tufted headboard. I have to take measurements to see what fits, but here's what I'm thinking about:
Okay so let's talk weight loss. Exercise. Oh how I love the. Those who say they "hate" exercise, or loathe it, I just think they haven't found the RIGHT exercise. Once you see progress, it feeds on itself. Right now it's after eleven pm, and I'm exhausted. I wish I could finish getting down my ideas about exercise and how it relates to weight loss and a lifestyle plan. But I cannot. Too tired. tomorrow is another day. What I am going to request from whoever is reading for weight loss (or any of my other jobs)...what do you find most difficult? Please either post it, or you can email me separately b/c I know my readers are mostly silent! I would love to hear from you, as it does get me more motivated to post more frequently. I want to take this time to thank those readers who have kept up with me, and motivated me to get back into gear. xoxo

1) I love cutouts! Was lucky enough to see Matisse's work when it came thru MOMA.
2) what I find most difficult is maintaining. When things get hectic it all goes out the window.
